At Momo’s Place, we want to ensure that you have the best experience when shopping with us! Below are our shipping and returns policies.

Shipping

1. Processing Time

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer a variety of shipping options based on your location, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you choose.

  • Standard Shipping: $7 USPS Flat Rate. Delivery time is typically 5–7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: $12.95 FedEx Flat Rate. Delivery time is typically 2–3 business days.

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $150

3. International Shipping

International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected at the time of delivery.

  • International Shipping: $19 FedEx Flat Rate

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your delivery. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update once the package has been shipped.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, please be aware that delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, high order volume, or shipping carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds 

We want you to love your candles, but if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help! Please contact us at hello@momosplace.com, within our 30 day return window, and we can initiate a return. 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
