Fall is such a busy season. School starts, sports ramp up, work and routines move into overdrive and we need to find ways to input some calm and intention into our days - lest we go from one thing to the next without ever stopping!
Scented candles are good for this. They tap into multiple senses, which helps to regulate the nervous system and get us back into our bodies.
